I have over 29 years of real estate industry experience. My real estate industry experience started in the late 90s as a mortgage broker. I then went on to start a home appraisal company where I spent right at 10 years in the business. I conducted appraisals all over the State of GA and review appraisal work all over the country. During the same time, I was a co-owner of a national mortgage education company where we trained over 18k loan officers. We contributed to the national licensing requirements now required of every loan officer. After selling those companies, I went on to create a home inspection company where customer service carried on from my prior experience of making sure honesty, credibility, and loyalty were all part of my fanatical customer service.
